What we do

Global Inclusion and Culture

We’ll develop your individual’s or team’s global and inclusion skills, and work with any type of culture and diversity: your team’s or organization’s culture, your merger of units or companies, your diversity and different cultures of your people, clients and suppliers. We specialize in moments when difference is ‘tough’. We’ll ‘untough’ it.

Our guiding question is:

In the past we have done organizational culture and diversity audits and scans, executive coaching, team training, developing blended learning solutions, supporting mergers of teams and organizations, and many more.

Global Inclusion and Culture

Organizational Development: Let us be your team or organization’s psychologist. Our process starts at your ‘something’s up’ moment. Then we’ll drive the process of unearthing what’s going on and joint action planning that leads to resolution.

Learning Solutions: Together with you, we will develop content and we will produce it, follow the principles of product development, and help you navigate your business model of bringing it to market.

There are three overarching processes that are intertwined and impact each other:

Design: Content with subject matter experts, instructional design, delivery/learning methods: synchronic and a-synchronic, impact measurement, evaluation, etc.

Production: Animation, videos, voice over, handouts, manuals, etc., all according to worldwide accessibility standards.

Technical: How will learners access the materials. We have experience with dozens of systems.

Some of the guiding principles:

  • We don’t want to be dependent on a specific platform or provider

  • Always review costing with both development cost and long term maintenance cost in mind

Product development principles: Testing of assumptions, minimal viable product (prototypes), human centered design, etc. This is an interesting foundational article.

Business Model: If you are using this externally: How to approach the market, pricing and licensing, B2C vs B2B, various revenue streams (training for trainers, expert consulting, etc.), etc.

Business Strategy

We’ll look at the future of your team or organization, together with a cut through of your stakeholders, ensuring everyone’s voice is included.

To support you in planning for this initiative, we offer a 4-phase process below, based on the Incomplete Leadership model. In phase 1, we would work together in fine-tuning the final work plan, assessing together how we will proceed and the vision you have for the future.
